Tap the row of the color you want.
Tap the plus button to create a new color.
Tap blue ">" button to adjust a color.
Tap the plus button to create a new color.

Double tapping on the screen brings up the Color Selector screen.
Tap the trash can icon to delete the color.
Tap the "Set Color" button to save your changes.
